Ryan Donk made a terrible mistake in the Turkish top flight last weekend as Eskisehirspor won 2-0 at Kasimpasa.
Kasimpasa were already 1-0 down heading into injury time, when the ball was hoofed up field and Dutch defender Donk made a massive error in judgment.
The full-back thought the ball had already gone off for a throw in, and sprinted to take it quickly to try and force an equaliser, but in fact the ball had never crossed the line.
Donk was nowhere to be seen and it was capitalised on by Eskisehirspor - former West Ham striker Diomansy Kamara almost slipped when one on one with the goalie, but he managed to stay on his feet, making it 2-0 and bringing an end to the comical phase of play.
The win moved Eskisehirspor one point ahead of Kasimpasa in sixth and just five points behind league leaders Fenerbahce.
Have a watch and fast forward to 3:05 to see the second goal.
