Valon Behrami has voiced his frustration after his side played a below-par first half at the Emirates Stadium last night, against Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League.
The Italian side were defeated by the Gunners 2-0, thanks to goals from Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud - who have been praised by Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger today for what he described an 'outstanding' match.
The Switzerland international believes that giving away goals at Arsenal's home ground made the game even harder, and the result worse in the end.
Speaking to UEFA.com Behrami said: "We had a very poor first half and then in the second half we pulled ourselves together.
"We stuck together and gave ourselves something to focus on, even if the result was not good for us.
"It is normal that when you play away from home in the Champions League, you will come up against a really tough team, but we really didn't expect to play that badly.
"Next we have two decisive matches against Olympique de Marseille and they will be crucial to us qualifying.
"We have had one good match and one bad match, so let's not get carried away. Let's stay calm and get back to playing in the league on Sunday."
Arsenal currently boast the only 100 per cent record in Group F of the Champions League after their wins against Napoli and Marseille - whom they beat 2-1 in September - and will look forward to their next fixture on October 22 against 2013 finalists Borussia Dortmund.
On the same day Napoli will face Ligue 1 side Marseille, who sit bottom of the Group F table.
