Jose Mourinho did NOT storm out of Chelsea press conference

Published 1 Comments

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho reportedly 'stormed out' of his pre-match press conference as the Blues prepared to face Steaua Bucharest last night.

But talk of Mourinho losing his cool has been quashed after Chelsea TV released the full footage from the Special One's presser - and it seems the Stamford Bridge outfit were right to defend their boss.

From the video (above), you can clearly see that, prior to Mourinho 'storming out', it was made clear that the Chelsea tactician would only be answering one more question - it was initially reported that Mourinho didn't take kindly to being asked about Kevin de Bruyne's omission.

Why the English media decided to overlook the fact that Mourinho was always only going to answer one final question remains unclear, but whatever the reason, Chelsea have nipped these rumours in the bud with this release.

The west London outfit seemed unaffected by the reports, beating Steaua Bucharest 4-0 last night with a brace from Ramires, an own goal and Frank Lampard's 205th Chelsea strike securing a routine win for Mourinho's men.

Check out the video above - with thanks to 101greatgoals - and make your own mind up...
