Arsenal defender Bacaray Sagna could miss the Gunners' Premier League match on Sunday with a hamstring problem, Arsene Wenger has confirmed to Arsenal.com.
The French international will have a scan on his injury on Thursday, and will be assessed ahead of the fixture.
Wenger has also confirmed that all of the other players that featured against Napoli on Tuesday have come away unscathed.
Santi Cazorla and Yaya Sanogo are ruled out of a return for the Gunners until after the international break, with Theo Walcott and Lukas Podolski in line for an inclusion in the Arsenal squad to face Norwich on 19th Ocotber. About Diaby and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are on the long-term injury list.
If Sagna does miss out against West Brom, young right-back Carl Jenkinson could deputise, with Spaniard Hector Bellerin on the bench.
Arsenal are currently in a fantastic vein of form, with just one loss since March, which came on the opening day of the season against Aston Villa.
The Gunners hope to extend their record away at West Brom, which is a repeat fixture of the last round of the Capital One Cup. Arsenal progressed on penalties.
