Michael Dawson has signed a new three-year deal with Tottenham, according to the club's official website.
Dawson signed for Spurs as a 21-year-old from Nottingham Forest and has been at the club ever since and his new deal at White Hart Lane looks set to keep him at the club until 2016.
The centre-back has been an integral part to Spurs' team over the past few years and has cemented his position in the first-team under Andre Villas-Boas.
And now with Spurs having signed a number of new players in the summer, one of their most longest-serving stars will continue with the club.
Dawson was part of the Spurs team that drew against Chelsea last weekend and should start as the north London outfit take on West Ham United tomorrow.
Villas-Boas' side will be hoping to continue their impressive run of form that has led them to third place in the league at the start of this season.
