5. Serge Gnabry | Arsenal
When Theo Walcott picked up an injury before kick-off in September's Premier League match against Stoke City, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger selected 18-year-old Serge Gnabry in his place.
The Germany Under-19 international could have been forgiven for feeling slightly anxious given the circumstances of his call-up – and because of the opposition – but he quickly settled and didn't look out of place on the right-hand side of the Gunners' attack.
Gnabry then went one better in the very next match against Swansea City by scoring his first goal for the club.
A real talent who could leave Walcott on the bench if he continues playing so well.
