Juventus came from behind to earn a hard-fought Serie A win against AC Milan.
Struggling in mid-table the Rossoneri stunned Juventus after just 19 seconds when Sulley Muntari ended Milan's attack with a great low shot into the near corner.
The Bianconeri were shocked and couldn't hold the ball for more than 30 seconds after the goal.
Around the 10th minute they were looking better and started to attack.
It was Fabio Quagliarella who managed to make a shock miss from around 10 yards. A clever pass from Artuto Vidal found the Italian in the box and then he ballooned the ball over the bar.
In the next couple of minutes Christian Abbiati had to save efforts from Kwadwo Asamoah and Giorgio Chiellini to keep the lead for his team.
In the 14th minute, Nigel de Jong fouled Carlos Tevez on the edge of the box and it from there Andrea Pirlo scored one of his trademark free-kicks. A curled effort from around 25 yards found the net, although Abbiati got a hand on the ball.
After the first 15 minutes the teams slowed the pace and there wasn't much to see till the end of the half.
The second half started in the same way until Antonio Conte introduced Sebastian Giovinco.
The pint-sized forward had a big effect in the game and scored just 90 seconds after coming on.
Vidal found the little Italian, who skipped past Cristian Zapata and slammed the ball beyond Abbiati to make it 2-1 in the 69th minute.
Six minutes later Mexes received two yellow cards in a few seconds and was sent out.
After Mexes' second foul, Pirlo had the chance to score again from a free-kick. This time the playmaker hit the crossbar, but Chiellini was on the right place to volley the ball home from around 15 yards.
Sulley Muntari scored his second of the night to make it 3-2, but this proved to be too little too late for Milan, who lost for the third in seven games in Serie A.
Juventus, on the other side, maintained their unbeaten run and are standing third with 19 points, two behind league leaders Roma.
