On the same night as Anthony Joshua's professional debut, another Olympic champion was in action in the form of Lightweight Luke Campbell.
It was only Campbell's second bout in the paid ranks, and he was up against Neil Hepper who came in with an impressive record of five wins out of seven.
From the sound of the first bell though, Campbell was the aggressor looking more lively and attacking more frequently.
He demonstrated his lightning speed and well timed, venomous punches that proved too much for Hepper as he saw himself fall to the canvas with an impressive body shot.
The Darlington boxer got up, only to be bombarded by Campbell's power and speed again and fell victim to another body shot that seemed to have taken all the wind out of him. He was unable to recover.
For Campbell it's another impressive display - and he will want to continue his unbeaten record in his third fight which will be held in his home town of Hull.
