Tottenham 'keeper Hugo Lloris says the Spurs squad are determined to bounce back following their humbling defeat to London rivals West Ham.
Andre Villas-Boas' team were previously on a six game unbeaten run - consisting of five wins and a draw - before the defeat, and France international Lloris has expressed his disappointment with the result on Tottenham's official cub website.
"Sunday was an opportunity for us and it was so disappointing to lose 3-0 at home, in front of our fans," said Lloris. "We had problems creating opportunities to score - sometimes that can happen.
"Maybe the luck wasn't on our side. We had the opportunity to score the first goal but the goalkeeper made the save. We then conceded from a corner. It was a difficult day for us."
Lloris will now turn his attention to the France national team as he captain's Les Bleus against Australia on Friday in a friendly before an important World Cup qualifier against Finland.
Didier Deschamps' side still have a chance of usurping Spain at the top of Group I should results go their way, and whilst Lloris is focussed on his national duties, the 'keeper is ready to put the West Ham result behind him as soon as he returns.
"We now have an international break and we will come back with a determination to get the three points against Villa," he added.
