Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey and Arsene Wenger have collectively been awarded September's player and manager of the month award.
For Wenger it comes as the 13th time the Frenchman has received the monthly prize, whereas for Ramsey it is the 22-year old's first.
Arsenal currently sit top of the Premier League, level on points with Liverpool after seven games, thanks mainly to Ramsey's surprising prolific goal scoring.
The Welshman scored four goals in September including a brace against Sunderland, and further goals against Stoke and Swansea.
It comes as jubilant news for Ramsey who now looks to have recaptured the form held prior to his horrific leg break in 2010.
As well as calls for Ramsey to be axed from the squad last season, patience among the Arsenal fans was wearing increasingly thin with Wenger, who prior to this summers deadline day, continued to spend little in the transfer windows.
The Frenchman's future was even questioned by the Arsenal Supporter's Trust, but all now looks to have been settled since the club record £42.4m arrival of Mesut Ozil from Real Madrid.
Like Ramsey, Ozil has been in formidable form since joining the Gunners and has not just aided Arsenal in reaching the summit of the Premier League but also help Arsenal boast a 100% record in the Champions League group stage.
