Manchester United have topped the Premier League table for the most supporter arrests during the 2011/12 campaign.
Home Office figures, obtained by the Manchester Evening News, show that United and City occupy the top two places in the table, with Liverpool close behind in third position.
United chiefs will be concerned to see that 148 of their supporters were arrested over the course of the season - a whopping 54 more than second-place City, who had 94 fans cuffed for various offences.
However, it must be noted that the Red Devils, who finished second at the end of the 2011/12 Premier League campaign to local rivals City, have the league's highest average attendance.
Elsewhere, Chelsea and Arsenal both had 71 arrests each, while 30 Tottenham supporters were taken into police custody.
Fulham supporters were by far and away the best behaved of the 20 Premier League clubs. Only six arrests were made on fans of the west London outfit during the entire season.
