The Premier League's biggest four teams are all competing for the signature of highly-rated Belgian wonderkid Zakaria Bakkali, according to the Daily Star.
The 17-year-old, who currently plays for Dutch side PSV Eindhoven, has attracted a series of high-profile admirers from around Europe and, despite not being old enough to sign a professional contract, has so far scored three goals in nine games this campaign.
It is believed Chelsea, Manchester City, United and Arsenal are all keen to battle it out to secure the services of the youngster, and will attempt to lure him to England at the next opportunity.
Laws in Holland restrict Bakkali from signing a professional deal until he is 18, and so there is a gap in which Premier League clubs can nip him away from PSV before they are able to tie him down to a long-term deal on his birthday (26 Jan).
The pint-sized winger has been likened to Chelsea's Eden Hazard, and is the latest in a crop of potentially brilliant players coming out of Belgium.
