Pace, good crossing and tricky footwork  - these are just a few of many different skills you need to succeed as a winger.

Take a look at three of the best in Europe right now.

3. Stephan El Shaarawy – AC Milan – Italy

Seen as the next big thing in Italy, Stephan El Shaarawy is already a key player for Milan.

Despite not having as much pace as others, he more than makes up for this in his trickery.

Having played at every level in International level, he has proven he is a world class player despite his young age.

2. Lucas Moura – Paris Saint Germain – Brazil

Another world class export from Brazil, Lucas Moura signed for Paris Saint Germain last August for a whopping £38 million.

Starring so far this season, Lucas took a while to adapt to the European game, but now he has there’s no stopping the 21-year-old.

Known for his blistering pace, fantastic dribbling and tricky footwork, Moura has earned his place on this list.

1. Neymar – Barcelona - Brazil

With fantastic dribbling, a great shot and very fast footwork, Neymar is possibly the most promising player in the world.

Snapped up by Barcelona this summer for £48 million, Neymar is arguably the most skilful player in the world.

The main player for Brazil in this summer’s Confederations Cup, Neymar will hope to hit the ground running in Europe and prove he can live up to his potential.
