Everton manager Roberto Martinez will hope the capture of Barcelona's 19-year-old starlet, Gerard Deulofeu, will turn out to be one of the signings of the summer.
The former Barcelona B striker scored 27 goals in 68 appearances for the the Spanish giant's second team over the last two seasons, and could be set to dazzle in England.
Deulofeu has found opportunities at Goodison tough to come by - after fellow loan arrival Romelu Lukaku began the season in a rich vein of scoring form.
But the young Spaniard has taken his opportunities to impress when given the chance.
A debut goal on his full-debut during the Capital One cup win over League One side Stevenage was followed up with an eye-catching performance in the second round clash against Premier League rivals Fulham.
The forward has appeared off the bench on four occasions so far this season, with Martinez seemingly impressed with what Deulofeu has to offer in the latter stages of games.
The Spain under-21 international will no doubt have Everton fans excited when they see his Number 10 appear on the substitute board this season.
