Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas was spotted at Barcelona B's game against Deportivo La Coruna over the weekend, and has admitted that young winger Adama Traore caught his eye.
The Portuguese coach was in the stands to watch Barca B's 1-0 defeat against Deportivo amid speculation he was planning to raid the Spanish champions' feeder club for some of their top young talent.
Reports suggested the Spurs manager was present to run the rule over no less than three Barcelona starlets - 18-year-old midfielder Sergi Samper, Javier Espinosa, 21, and goalkeeper Jordi Masip, 24.
However when Villas-Boas was asked about who he was impressed with during the game by Spanish newspaper El Mundo Deportivo, he pointed out Barcelona's Traore, a Spanish winger of Malian descent.
The 18-year-old has never made a first-team appearance for Barcelona but is reportedly on Tottenham's radar.
