Manchester United manager David Moyes is demonstrating something of a renewed transfer focus in the lead up to the January transfer window, having endured a sustained period of frustration over the summer months.
Having missed out on the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Ander Herrera, Daniele de Rossi and Mesut Özil before the transfer deadline last month, Moyes is putting plans in place to signal his intent in the New Year.
Moyes was spotted on Saturday stationed at Highbury Stadium to watch Fleetwood clinch a late draw at Chesterfield, and Tendayi Darikwa - a midfielder for the latter - is reported to have been the reason for his visit.
