Manchester United and Chelsea will miss out on Dortmund's star striker Robert Lewandowski, according to German football expert Raphael Honigstein.
TalkSPORT reports that Honigstein is convinced that the Polish forward will move as expected to Bayern, and not to the Premier League.
In one of the most heavily speculated transfer sagas of recent times, Lewandowski has been linked with moves to a number of high-profile clubs, including Real Madrid, Manchester United and Chelsea.
At one point it was thought of as a foregone conclusion that the 25-year-old would be joining Bayern Munich when his contract expired at the end of this season, with a rumoured pre-agreed deal said to be in place.
However Lewandowski has remained coy on any potential destinations, first denying he was definitely moving to the Bavarians and then adding fuel to the fire when he said that he would love to play in the Premier League at some point.
However Honigstein, a well-respected German football expert still believes that the striker, who has so far carried last season's brilliant form over to this term, will still join Dortmund's bitter rivals Bayern Munich.
Honigstein said: “He is going to Bayern.”
