The world is full of blessed youngsters who are starting to make a name form themselves as potent players.
GMS made a list of some of the best uncovered gems in football. Have a look...
1. Alen Halilovic
The Croatian wonderkid has already established himself as one of the best talents around the world. Although he is only 17 years old, he has 3 full caps for the Croatian senior team and is the youngest ever player for the Croatian team. He is also the youngest ever goalscorer in the top division of the Prva HNL for his club Dinamo Zagreb - certainly one to look out for.
2. Raheem Sterling
The Liverpool starlet has proved himself worthy enough to play in the Liverpool first XI, despite only being 18-years-old. His speed and acceleration make him a valuable asset to Liverpool. He already has 1 senior international cap for England.
3. Kurt Zouma
Standing at 6ft2, the St. Ettiene centre back cuts an imposing figure. He has already broken into the first team of the French club, and in a few years, he should be expecting an international call up from France.
4. Zakaria Bakkali
Probably one of the brightest talents in football right now, Bakkali has already proved himself at PSV Eindhoven by becoming the youngest Eredevisie player of all time to score a hat-trick, at the age of 17 and 196 days. The Belgian winger is known for his blistering pace and the ability to run rings around a defender. Keep and eye on him.
5. Luke Shaw
The 18 year old left back is one of the brightest talents in England, and despite his tender age, is the first-choice left back for Southampton. He uses his speed and agility and is an attacking minded left back.
6. M'baye Niang
The 18 year old forward is part of the A.C Milan first team already and should be getting an international call up from France sooner or later. He plays mainly as a centre forward, although he can rotate to the wing and centre attacking positions. He has speed, strength and the potential to become one of the best.
7. Adnan Januzaj
The Manchester United winger made headlines after his amazing game against Sunderland, despite the rest of his team playing poorly. Perhaps the comparisons between Cristiano Ronaldo are a bit early, but he definitely does have talent, and could grow to become a great player.
8. Oliver Torres
The 18 year old Atletico Madrid attacking midfielder has certainly made a name for himself in Spain, and has proved himself as a potent attacking talent. The potential is there and there are big clubs vying for his signature.
