Arsenal and Germany midfielder Mesut Ozil is crossing his fingers for England tonight in their crucial clash with Poland.
The £42.5million playmaker has already qualified with Germany and is turning his attention to England and Turkey.
Ozil - who is of Turkish heritage - moved to England in early September when he sealed his club-record switch to the Gunners.
The former Real Madrid star will be hoping team-mates Jack Wilshere and Kieran Gibbs can help Roy Hodgson's side progress, as he took to social media site Twitter to offer his good luck message.
Ozil tweeted: "Crossing my fingers for my English and Turkish friends tonight. Hopefully you guys will make it."
While England take on Poland at Wembley, Turkey face Holland - who have already sealed qualification - at home.
Ozil is likely to be in action for Germany who travel to Sweden.
The midfielder scored in his last appearance for the national side, netting a last-minute goal in a 3-0 victory against Republic of Ireland in Group C.
