Hélder Postiga - Portugal

Postiga has 65 caps for Portugal and 27 goals, but found the net only once during his stint in the Premier League.

A young Postiga was brought to White Hart Lane in 2003 after scoring 22 league goals in his first two seasons with Porto.

The reported £8 million fee was lot for a young player in those days and showed how much Tottenham rated him.

After only one season and one goal he returned to his first club Porto.

The striker has never been able to go on a good scoring run throughout his career and has had spells in France, Greece and Spain in a bid to find his goal scoring touch.

After three years with Sporting Lisbon he was transferred to La Liga side Real Zaragoza and is now plying his trade with Valencia.

He is still part of the Portugal squad and played in the club's World Cup qualifiers this month.

He was guilty of a horrendous miss the other night vs Luxembourg, and also faces the World Cup play-offs next month to claim his nation a likely spot in Brazil.
