Givanildo Vieira de Souza, better known as Hulk, is one of the most frightening sights in world football when in full-flight and in Zenit St Petersburg's Russian Premier League match with CSKA Moscow, he showed just why he is so revered.

With Zenit leading 1-0 and the half-time whistle about to blow, the Brazilian received a pass from a teammate with his back to goal, before quickly turning the CSKA defence inside-out with a piece of sublime skill.

With a shot on his rocket of a left foot blocked, the 27-year-old powerhouse cut back onto his less-favoured right and curled an absolute stunner into the top corner from 20 yards, past the helpless goalkeeper.

Zenit went on to secure the 2-0 victory to put them eight points clear at the top of the league and continue their relentless march to the title.

Strikes such as these are becoming a trademark for the brilliant Brazilian, and he is surely one to watch as the World Cup rolls around in 2014.

Watch the goal above.
