Robin van Persie has been a revelation for Manchester United since joining the club from arch-rivals Arsenal for £24million.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger this week said losing Van Persie to United 'destabilised' his side as they lost their talisman and captain to one of their biggest rivals.
One of Van Persie's best games in a Manchester United last season came against Southampton, who the Red Devils face this weekend.
With that in mind, we have decided to list Van Persie's five best moments in a Manchester United shirt so far.
5. Home debut goal versus Fulham
Van Persie's debut did not go to plan as Sir Alex Ferguson brought the Dutchman on for the last 22 minutes at Goodison Park in hope that he would be able to save his side from defeat.
Van Persie was unable to rescue United from an opening day loss to Everton, but made the difference in United's first home game of the season.
United went a goal behind to a Damien Duff strike only for Van Persie to equalise on his first competitive start for his new side.
4. Volley against Aston Villa
Ferguson signed Van Persie in hope that he would forge a partnership with Wayne Rooney, that would score United the goals to win them the league title.
Rooney playing in the hole, with Van Persie up top looked like a dream partnership - and it was.
Van Persie's goal against Villa was of the highest order and just shows how the two strikers are on the save wavelength.
3. Hat-trick against Southampton
Manchester United were in danger of losing their second Premier League games in three games until Van Persie stepped up to score two goals in the final three minutes of his side's encounter against Southampton.
Van Persie, who also missed a penalty, will be hoping he can have a similar impact against Southampton later on today.
2. Winner against Manchester City
Ferguson forked out £24million on Van Persie in hope that the Dutchman would fire United to the league title.
And he ended up doing just that as his 26 Premier League goals helped United win back the Premier League title from Manchester City.
Of his 26 Premier League goals, his last-minute strike against Manchester City was his most crucial. United were drawing 2-2 with their rivals until Van Persie silenced the Eithad Stadium by scoring a late winner against the Citizens.
1. Winning the league
Van Persie moved to United so he could finally get his hands on the Premier League trophy.
And the 30-year-old achieved his target of domestic glory at Old Trafford on the first time of asking.
The Dutchman would have been delighted with winning the league for the first time but will want more medals in his cabinet before he hangs up his boots.
