A hat-trick scored by Giuseppe Rossi earned a spectacular 4-2 victory for Fiorentina against Juventus.

The Bianconeri started as the dominant side and very 2-0 up before the break.

But a 15-minute hat-trick from Rossi and a goal from Joaquin overturned the game and Fiorentina ended as winners.

The game started slowly, but it was full of fouls.

The first chance came in the 26th minute when Claudio Marchisio smashed a shot from about 25 yards, but Fiorentina goalkeeper Neto dived early to his right to make a decent save.

In the 33rd minute Gonzalo Rodriguez clipped Carlos Tevez into the box and the referee gave the Bianconeri a penalty. 

Tevez stepped up and slammed the ball into the middle to open the scoring.

Three minutes later Paul Pogba received a great ball, kept calm and put the ball into the net with a precise shot to double the lead for Juventus.

The last 10 minutes of the first half didn't produce anything special.

As the second period started, Juventus continued their attacks and in the 56th minute Giorgio Chiellini had to make it 3-0, but his header went staright into Neto's hands.

A few moments later Neto again saved the hosts. This Time it was Andrea Pirlo, whose free-kick from 25 yards was about to go in, but Neto managed to claw the ball over the bar.

Then Rossi's time came.

In the 66th minute Fiorentina were awarded a penalty after Kwadwo Asamoah brought Fernandez down into the box.

The Italian striker planted the penalty low in the left and made it 2-1.

10 minutes later Rossi went past Pogba and scored a stunner from 25 yards to level the sides.

A couple of minutes later the comeback was full. Borja Valero was on the edge of the box and found Joaquin, who was uncovered and from around 15 yards he made it 3-2.

In the 81st minute Rossi put the game to bed with a precise shot from the edge of the box and completed his hat-trick.

This Fiorentina's first home victory over Juventus from 15 years and Juventus' first loss in Serie A this term.
