Premier League target Jorginho has revealed he is keen on staying at current side Verona, reports the Daily Star.

The 21-year-old has been linked with moves to Premier League trio Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool but has ruled out leaving Serie A side Verona in the near future.

Jorginho was reportedly watched by scouts from Arsenal and Chelsea at the weekend, in a game in which the starlet scored a brace against Parma.

The Italy Under-21 star has attracted interest from Europe's biggest sides after scoring five goals in eight Serie A games so far this season.

Reports suggest Jorginho's agent held talks with Arsenal last week, however the striker has since declared he is not ready to leave Italy.

Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport, Jorginho said on speculation linking him with a move away from the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi: “Staying here for another season would only do me good.

“I feel at home here and there is great enthusiasm in this place.”

Despite Jorginho's claims, newly-promoted Verona may be willing to accept a deal of over £10million for their prized asset.
