It has been clear from the off that David Moyes is looking to write his own history at Manchester United, rather than just feeding off the success of his predecessor, Sir Alex Ferguson.

Sir Alex built a Manchester United dynasty that currently reigns as the greatest team in English football history, and he has built a strong foundation for David Moyes to build from.

However, it was not just the players that Ferguson developed. It was the back-room staff, the mentality, and the stature of Manchester United. It is everything that has made them into one of the biggest clubs in the world.

And this is the work that David Moyes is attempting to replicate, and make his own. From the second he put pen to paper it was evident that David Moyes was not going to be a manager that was a quick success with Ferguson's old players, and then a manager who faded in the long term.

Moyes wants to build his own dynasty, and not become a by-product of the success of Sir Alex Ferguson. While the squad is still very similar to that of last season, the entire back-room staff has changed.

Many of Sir Alex's tried and true have departed the club, and David Moyes has brought in his own staff to develop his own dynasty. Every great king has excellent advisors, and every great manager has excellent coaches. This is what David Moyes is trying to develop right now.

And this will be a learning process for everyone at Manchester United. As Moyes develops his own staff to build his own dynasty he has essentially rebuilt Manchester United.

Coaches like René Meulensteen, Mike Phelan, and Eric Steele have left and been replaced by the likes of Phil Neville, Ryan Giggs, and Steve Round.

And while some of those new coaches are familiar faces to Manchester United it is still going to be a new experience for everyone, and this has had a contribution to Manchester United's slow start to the season.

It's a new challenge for these men, and a learning curve is expected.

However, don't expect the slow start to last for long.

As Moyes and company figure everything out then Manchester United will begin to mold into the shape that they want it to be.

And from top to bottom Manchester United will reach dominance.

Sir Alex Ferguson was successful at this, and David Moyes will look to replicate this success.

If he ever runs into trouble, then he can just ask for help from the main upstairs.

And Moyes can put pen to paper as he begins to write his own chapter in Manchester United folklore.
