Sir Alex Ferguson has made a variety of headlines this week following the keenly-anticipated release of his controversial new autobiography.

Although some have regarded the new book as being a bit underwhelming, it was nevertheless full of juicy tidbits relating to all manner of topics and themes from his period of unprecedented success at Old Trafford.

With nearly 27 years in the United dugout, the affectionately-dubbed 'Fergie' obviously guided and managed some truly world-class talents.
