It's time for the battle lines to be drawn and the fans to fill their lungs with the oxygen required to scream their vitriol for 90 minutes. Yep, that's right, it's time for El Clasico.

Barcelona and Real Madrid will lock horns tomorrow afternoon in La Liga for the first time this season - and for the first time in a while there are fairly sizeable question marks over both teams.

The Catalan giants went on a remarkable run at the start of the season that took them to the top of the table but there remain doubts over their defence, especially with Carles Puyol's injury record.

Real Madrid meanwhile are in a transitional period following the departure of Jose Mourinho, and are yet to really hit their stride despite their star-studded line up.

So which side will claim three points, bragging rights and an advantage in the title race? Well, we'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out - but maybe there is something in the statistics which may give us a clue...
