Just yesterday, a dreadful error courtesy of England number one Joe Hart cost Manchester City a hard-fought point at Stamford Bridge.
The 26-year-old came out to deal with a Willian long-ball, only to see team-mate Mataja Nastasic head the ball straight past him, leaving Fernando Torres with the simplest of finishes.
However, Hart's error wasn't the worst of the weekend. That award goes to SC Freiburg's Oliver Baumann who was at fault for all of the three goals his team conceded in their home defeat to Hamburg.
The German under-21s international goalkeeper twice rushed out of his goal only to miss the ball, before sealing his calamitous performance by fumbling a relatively simple shot straight into the path of former Tottenham Hotspur star Rafeal van der Vaart.
