Brazilian star Kaka believes Mario Balotelli is "very important" for AC Milan, reports Goal.com.
Balotelli, who has been linked with a €35 million move to Premier League outfit Chelsea in the last few days, hasn't scored for the Serie A outfit since September, but Kaka still believes he's a crucial member of the team.
However, the 23-year-old has scored 15 goals in 19 league games in Serie A and Kaka, who rejoined Milan from Real Madrid in the summer, believes the Italian forward must relax as he has huge responsibility.
Speaking to the club's official website, the Brazilian playmaker said: "The only thing that I have told Mario Balotelli is that he is very important to the team.
"He should remain calm because he has a lot of responsibility and is very important."
Balotelli was often criticised for his controversial behaviour in England, but could still make a comeback to the Premier League in the near future, especially with Jose Mourinho interested.
For now though, his attention will be firmly on Milan as they look to improve on their indifferent start to the season.
