Saracens' Joel Tomkins is set to make his England debut this Saturday as England prepare to take on Australia in the first match of their Autumn tour.
Tomkins will start at outside centre alongside Gloucester's Billy Twelevetrees while Lee Dickson has been chosen over ben Youngs to start at scrum-half.
Tomkins said, according to BBC: "I feel ready, I feel prepared for the game and I'm excited now about Saturday. Playing in front of 80,000 at Twickenham must be a massive buzz and one I'm looking forward to.
"Then, ultimately, I want to play in the World Cup. The World Cup is definitely a big goal of mine."
England Head Coach Stuart Lancaster also spoke highly of Tomkins' chances, and is looking forward to seeing him in action at Twickenham.
"He has played in many high-profile games in his career and has a great temperament for the big occasion," said Lancaster.
20-year-old Billy Vunipola, another Saracens star, will start his first international game after making two appearances off the bench. The number eight has played four times for his club this season, scoring one try. His older brother Mako also starts.
Australia were victorious in the last meeting between the two at Twickenham last year, winning by a score of 20-14. And, they will be hoping to repeat the trick after a 2-1 series defeat to the British & Irish Lions.
