Chelsea and Liverpool are interested in bringing Feyenoord youngster Rashaan Fernandes to the Premier League, reports AD.
The 15-year-old, who is also the subject of interest from Manchester City, will be able to sign a professional contract once he reaches his 16th birthday.
The winger has impressed coming through the ranks at the Dutch outfit and could now be set to make a switch to England's elite division in the near future.
Fernandes could join the likes of Nathan Ake and Jeffrey Bruma who have left the club in recent years to join the Premier League.
