Chelsea & Liverpool to battle for Feyenoord starlet

Chelsea and Liverpool are interested in bringing Feyenoord youngster Rashaan Fernandes to the Premier League, reports AD

The 15-year-old, who is also the subject of interest from Manchester City, will be able to sign a professional contract once he reaches his 16th birthday. 

The winger has impressed coming through the ranks at the Dutch outfit and could now be set to make a switch to England's elite division in the near future. 

Fernandes could join the likes of Nathan Ake and Jeffrey Bruma who have left the club in recent years to join the Premier League. 

Chelsea and Manchester City will turn their immediate attention to their Champions League clashes as City take on CSKA Moscow tonight and the Blues take on Schalke 04 at Stamford Bridge tomorrow evening. 

Both sides will be hoping for crucial wins as they look to close in on the knockout rounds of Europe's elite competition.
