If it wasn't for a serious ankle injury keeping Jack Wilshere out for over a year, he may have found himself much higher up on this list.
Although his struggle with injury has stopped him reaching the top early on, it is unlikely to hold him back for much longer.
Wilshere has played nine games for Arsenal in the Premier League and is working his way back to his best.
A good season under his belt could see him hit is peak form in time for the World Cup in Brazil where he can inspire England past their traditional quarter-final appearance.
