Cristiano Ronaldo's come an awful long way since arriving at Manchester United as that skinny and raw yet supremely talented winger.

After cutting out the playacting and bulking up, Portuguese superstar Ronaldo became a phenomenon at Old Trafford.

He left United a season after winning the Champions League and the Ballon d'Or, joining Real Madrid for a world-record £80m fee in 2009.

And the 28-year-old has gone from strength to strength at the Bernabeu, scoring a quite ridiculous 222 goals in 215 matches.
