As much as I hate to admit it I strongly believe they could be the favourites to win the league as early as next season - madness as they haven't come close for eight years but here's why.

Mesut Ozil - A brilliant player, already showing how good he is and this is his debut season. I believe he'll still be at this level even after the honeymoon phase as he's incredibly consistent, as he showed us all at Real Madrid, so I strongly believe he will not change for Arsenal.

Creativity - If Arsene has finally cracked this beautiful football at Arsenal then I believe it will cause trouble for the rest of the league. Wilshere's goal was a superb team effort which if it was Barcelona and Messi no one would shut up about!

Midfield - They have one of the best in the league, only Chelsea have an out and out better midfield, but they also have brilliant chemistry which is a must in any team who wants silverwear. And they can get goals as well which takes pressure of the strikers.

Youth - We all laugh when Arsene signs some random kid but he must know what he's doing, he now has a brilliant mix of youth and experience.

Strikers - I think this is the weakest part of the squad but Giroud is getting better with each game and if rumours are true and they sign Diego Costa then well, that's a scary combination. Maybe not the best, but possibly the physically strongest in the league.

Transfers - It seems they have finally paid off the stadium debt and can really flex those financial muscles as proven when signing Özil. So bringing in a handful more stars isn't just something Arsenal fans can do on FIFA anymore, it can happen.
