Top 10: Premier League 15+ goals contenders (1)

Published 5 Comments

There's still a long way to go before the 2013/14 Premier League campaign reaches its conclusion, but we can now start to tell which players are likely to be there or thereabouts in the race for the Golden Boot award.

Of course, much can happen between now and May - players can pick up injuries, suffer a dip in form, move on to another club, etc. – but it's safe to assume that most of the players on this list will have scored at least 15 Premier League goals by the end of the season.

The most notable omission is Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey, who already has six league goals to his name this season. Yes, he only needs another nine to reach 15, but can the Wales international really keep up this blistering early-season form throughout the entire campaign?

Although he will come close to 15, I think he'll fall just short.

Anyway, without further adieu, let's take a closer look at the top 10 contenders…
