England have composed a staggering 82-page list of of food and drink demands ahead of their first Ashes test in Brisbane in just under two weeks.

The list, which features over 194 separate dishes and drinks has been sent around all five grounds to be used in the test series.

England coach Andy Flower's attention to detail is clearly visible in the dossier, with dishes coming close to restaurant quality.

With the list being compiled by England's nutritionist Chris Rosimus to such detail, it's clear that the staff are leaving nothing to chance in Australia.

Some of the items included are Mungbean curry with spinach, Steamed pak choi with sesame oil and Fennel and halloumi salad with lemon dressing. Not to mention a whole other host of demands.

Despite no damage coming directly as a result of the request being leaked, it does perhaps give the Australians some ammunition in the sledging wars.

In total their are 70 pages of recipes which the authorities have been told are "essential".

In the document Rosimus states: "The quantities must be followed, along with the ingredients listed.

"For any meat used in sandwich fillings please do not use processed meat, only freshly cooked meats will suffice. All fish must be filleted and contain no bones."
