The main goal for every NBA player is to be able receive a championship ring at the end of the season.

During the long, gruelling campaign every player and coach strives to win the championship and bring the banner home.

Along the way, there are also some very important individual awards that many players would love to win.

The awards that most players strive to get are:

Most Valuable Player
Rookie of the Year
Defensive Player of the Year
Sixth Man of the Year
Most Improved Player

The All-NBA teams are:

All-NBA Team (3 teams)
All-NBA Rookie team (2 teams)
All-NBA defensive team (2 teams)
