The Harlem Globetrotters are renown across the world for their unbelievable feats on a basketball court.

Whether it's extreme dunks, flashy pieces of individual skill or mesmerising long-shots, they certainly know how to produce a show capable of entertaining a crowd.

Something that's not usually high on their to-do list however is bringing down the entire stanchion of the basket on their own bodies.

It may not be on their list, but that doesn't mean it can't happen.

During one of the Globetrotters' recent exhibition matches in Honduras, William 'Bull' Bullard proved that point clearly enough.

Rising for an alley-oop off of the backboard, Bullard dunked and then held onto the frame, not realising that it was clearly unstable. The entire frame then fell on top of him, smashing the glass in the process and injuring Bullard's head.
