Tottenham will have a good chance of winning the race to sign Santos winger Neilton if they agree to a 10 per cent sell-on clause, reports the Daily Mail.
Neilton - who has been dubbed 'the new Neymar' - is said to be attracting interest from a number of clubs, as the Brazilian forward has scored four goals in 11 games for Santos so far this season.
La Liga side Sevilla have reportedly offered Santos £600,000 for Neilton, as the teenager is out of contract in the summer.
Neilton is a spitting image of former Santos star Neymar, who moved to Barcelona in the summer for just under £49million.
The 19-year-old has been offered £7,000 a week to stay at the Estádio Vila Belmiro - but is said to be holding out for closer to the £20,000 mark.
Neilton recently claimed that he intended to stay at Santos, however his current side may decide to cash in on the winger if they cannot meet his wage demands.
