Four of the Premier League's biggest clubs could be set to fight it out for the signing of the same player, with reports suggesting that Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham are all chasing Ukraine winger Yevhen Konoplyanka.
24-year-old Konoplyanka, who has represented Ukrainian Premier League outfit Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk for the entire duration of his career to date, has been attracting attention in recent months due to a series of exciting and highly-accomplished attacking performances at Dnipro-Arena.
In addition to his sparkling league form, the versatile attacker has also impressed at international level.
Konoplyanka - who has 33 senior international caps to his name - has become an integral figure for Mykhaylo Fomenko's side in recent times and even scored for his country with a quite superb strike against England at Wembley back in September 2012.
And it appears as if Konoplyanka - who is reportedly valued at around the £15 million mark by his club - could be set for a return to these shores in the future.
According to the Daily Star, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all keen on the midfielder and are set to monitor him during his nation's crucial World Cup playoff double-header against France.
The same publication also suggests that the aforementioned quartet could face stiff competition for Konoplyanka, with Bundesliga duo Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen and wealthy Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain also reportedly interested in the player.
