7. Julian Draxler

He's not too familiar to Premier League watchers, but flashed his ability for Chelsea fans at Stamford Bridge last week.

Not the last German playmaker in this top 10, he's not even the most talked about young Germany playmaker at Schalke.

That would be Max Meyer - the 18-year-old recently tipped as a target for Chelsea. Draxler is the relative elder statesman at 20-years-old.

He's got nine Germany caps, and should be on the plane to Brazil. Plenty of competition though - see Ozil, Kroos, Muller, Gotze, etc.
