Sergio Aguero wants Barcelona switch

Published 2 Comments

Sergio Aguero would consider a move to Barcelona a dream come true, according to French newspaper Le 10 Sport.

The Premier League's player of the month for October has been linked with both Real Madrid and their Catalan rivals in recent weeks, but if reports are to be believed then it's the latter who he sees himself playing for in the future.

Sources in Spain are citing that the Argentina international was the Spanish champions preferred target in the summer, if they failed to land Neymar. Apparently that interest has never been dropped and the player's representatives have been in communication with Barcelona officials.

Aguero is a consistently key performer for Manchester City, as reflected in his massive €50million valuation, and so it's unlikely any move will materialise this season.

However that doesn't mean that the 25-year-old doesn't want a move to happen at some stage.

Le 10 claim that Aguero is confident of securing a switch to the La Liga holders, and will continue to impress at City if that's what it takes to make the move happen.
