Groningen youngster Richairo Zivkovic is ready to depart the club with a number of European clubs keeping an eye on him, reports talkSPORT.
The 17-year-old, who has impressed at the Dutch outfit, has been likened to Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben.
And with the starlet having been linked with Liverpool in the summer, it has been reported that Manchester City, along with Russian outfit Spartak Moscow, currently lead the chase for his signature.
Zivkovic's representative Daan Kramp has now admitted that the youngster is open to a move away from the Eredivisie outfit.
When speaking to Izvestia, his representative said: "He has been having continued growth in his career. I am not surprised that several Dutch, Russian and British clubs are on his trail.
"He has been with Groningen since he was 13 and they are like family, but if an important offer came he would be ready to change."
Manchester City may now step up their interest for him, which could start a battle between Liverpool and the Citizens for the player's signature.
However both City and Liverpool will also have to go head-to-head with Spartak Moscow if they are going to bring him to England.
