Cast your mind back to Roger Milla's Cameroon in 1990 and, more recently, Uruguay in 2010 and you will realise that there is usually always a dark horse in every World Cup.

With qualification for World Cup 2014 coming to an end, there are some teams that have shown in qualification that they could be a force to be reckoned with next summer.

Some nations in particular have caught people off-guard and stormed to qualification, while there are others who may sneak in via the play-off round come next week.
