6: Metta World Peace
Metta World Peace (born Ronald William Artest) is an NBA star whose basketball history is extremely rich.... if you're talking about eccentric tirades and unprofessional behaviour.
Artest had something of a penchant for violence in his earlier days, and was involved in a number of high-profile bust ups. Then he changed his name to Metta World Peace and professed that he was a changed man.
He currently holds the record for the longest suspension for an on-court offence in NBA history, standing at 86 games, for his participation in the infamous Pacers vs Pistons brawl.
Not a fan favourite by any means.
