Lewis Holtby says he has no desire to leave Tottenham any time soon according to his agent, despite reports suggesting he could be on his way out of White Hart Lane.
The German international joined Spurs from Schalke during the 2012 January transfer window, and has been forced to fight for a regular starting spot.
The 23-year-old faces increased competition following the arrival of Christian Erkisen at White Hart Lane - although he may now get an extended run in the team after the Dane picked up an ankle injury while on international duty.
Some reports have suggested that he is a target for Roma and Inter Milan ahead of the upcoming winter window, but his agent Marcus Noack insists he is happy at Tottenham and no intention of leaving.
“Lewis has definitely no intention of leaving Tottenham,” he told Goal. “On the contrary, he feels very comfortable at the club and in London.
“He wants to establish himself further and contribute so the club can reach its goals this season."
Holtby has made seven Premier League appearances this term but only three starts, while his only goal for the club this term came in the Europa League against Dinamo Tiblisi.
The German, who has an English father, has established himself as something of a fan favourite at White Hat Lane since his arrival last year.
