Manchester United and Barcelona have had their chances of signing Arturo Vidal completely scuppered, if reports in the Italian media are to be believed.
Corriere dello Sport is claiming that the Juventus star, who has found himself on the shortlists of a number of top European clubs for the winter transfer window, is happy in Turin and, despite rumours, has no intention of leaving his current club.
The Chilean star has been strongly linked with the likes of Real and Barcelona, as well as having been targeted by David Moyes as he looks to add top-class additions to his squad in January.
However Vidal himself has put paid to any speculation surrounding a transfer, insisting his is happy with the Serie A champions.
The 26-year-old said: "I am well in Turin, even my family is happy here: rest at Juventus, where I feel I can win again."
Vidal currently finds himself sidelined through injury and didn't play any part in Chile's famous 2-0 friendly over England last Friday.
The midfielder suffered a thigh strain whilst training with his international squad and so finds himself out for at least two weeks.
