Portland Trail Blazers host Chicago Bulls tonight as Joel Freeland and Luol Deng face off in a 'Battle of Britain'.
There are currently only four British players in the NBA, 11 ever, and two of them will be battling against each other tonight as the Blazers will be looking to extend their eight-game winning streak after a fantastic start to the season.
Joel Freeland is in his second NBA season and has seen his minutes dramatically increase from last season in a Portland side that currently sit second in the west with a 10-2 record.
He told reporters: "I had to find my identity in this league. Playing overall solid basketball has given me the opportunity to get on the court."
Luol Deng is in his tenth season and is part of a Chicago Bulls side that saw their five-game win streak come to an end last night with a 97-87 loss at Denver Nuggets and will be looking to bounce back with victory tonight.
Two-time NBA All-Star Luol Deng leads the Bulls in scoring this season with 16.9 points per game, whilst Freeland is establishing himself in a Blazers side that have surprised many experts this season with their impressive start.
The match proves to be an exciting encounter and interested viewers can watch the match live on www.nba.tv from 3am Friday night/Saturday morning UK time.
