Chelsea ready to beat Arsenal & Spurs to French wonderkid

Chelsea are ready to make a move for French youngster Adrien Rabiot, according to The Metro

Rabiot, who has been likened to France legend Zinedine Zidane, is currently plating his trade at Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-German, however Blues boss Jose Mourinho is now ready to bring him to Stamford Bridge. 

The 18-year-old has been in impressive form so far in this campaign and has also been linked with a move to Premier League trio Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool. 

However the Blues are now ready to beat their rivals for the signature of the midfielder. The Blues are putting together a package worth £15 million for Rabiot as they are ready to offer PSG an initial £10m up-front. Chelsea would then be prepared to pay £5m worth of bonuses for the star.

The Blues are currently planning for the long term as they put together one of the finest young squads in Europe. 

Jose Mourinho will be hoping Chelsea beat the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool for the starlet.
